Is this really free?
Yes. Chatting with our hosts is absolutely free. But they work very hard, so it's very nice of you to reward them with some private chat. They will reward you in return.

I didn't receive my membership mail, what do I do?
If you didn't receive your membership mail, please check your bulk folders. If you still have not received it, please mail us at support@chatprincess.com and we will resend.

Is my credit card number secure?
Yes. We never see your credit card number. We utilize very secure credit card processors who process your purchase and pass us a token indicating how much time you have purchased. Our systems are never in contact with your credit card number, nor do we want them to be. BUT ... any fraudulent use of a credit card results in various information being stored in a black-list database.

My credit card is being rejected .. what can I do?
We do not handle credit card processing. Instead, this is done by our credit card processors. They have a series of algorithms which dictate whether or not to approve a purchase request. They are stricter than most, and we chose them because of that (we do not want to punish studios and/or performers because of the fact that some people use fake cards, or simply because they later regret making a purchase, and issue a "charge-back" to the card, which puts that credit card holder on a "black list" of all merchant processors).

I was kicked by a host ... what happens now?
If you harass our hosts, they have the ability to ban you for a certain period of time. If you are banned, it is not only from the room but from the entire site. So please use courtesy and respect when chatting our hosts. We maintain logs, and if we are alerted of a chronic abuser of common courtesy, then you may be locked out of the site permanently.

How can I cancel my membership?
We try to do all we can to keep our members happy. Please drop us a line telling us why you want to cancel, and we will do our best to correct any situation that makes you want to cancel. However, if you still wish to cancel, just let us know at support@chatprincess.com. You must send the e-mail from the same e-mail address from which you opened the account.
